Phone interview, then an all day interview of a presentation, analytical quiz, and a series of in person interviews. The presentation was a topic of your choosing so it went really well. There was a conference room full of people. The quiz was average. The series of in person questions was redundant.

I applied online, got an phone interview with HR. Very casual phone interview, just questions about my skill set as required by the Job description. At the end of the conversation Hr said they would get back after talking with the hiring manager. unfortunately no offer

The first discussion is with HR person to identify your skills matching the job advertised.Hiring manager then talked to me and then I had a WebEx interview. Usually an in person interview follows and a programming test. Each candidate is voted by a group of people in several key points including potential to work well within team, character, potential for success and what he/she brings to the group. Resume alone is not enough to win a group over. A good presentation goes a long way.
