AIR develops computer models to assess and manage the risk from catastrophes. Our models are based on sophisticated simulation methods that capture how catastrophes act upon the man-made environment. They are used to answer questions such as: Where are future catastrophes likely to occur? How intense are they likely to be? What is the likely range of damage and financial loss?
