2/3 stage process with HR, Hiring Manager and Hiring Manager + Internal Stakeholder. The interviews we coordinated and conducted well with standard competency questions. Main negative is after being told we would find out the following week delays have meant that I’ve been waiting almost 4 weeks. I had other processes and an offer to weigh up so asked for clarity on my candidacy which was not really provided. As such I took the delay as a no and prioritised other opportunities. I think better consideration can be made of people you supposedly valued enough to take to final stages, especially when the communicate time constraints. Overall feeling it gave was that there may be something in the negative reviews I can see on the platform regarding how people are treated. Nonetheless it’s a company doing well and I wish them all the best.
