It took a few weeks after applying to hear back anything from the company. While the recruitment team were diligent and helpful, I was really disappointed at the final stage. I got through and was asked to prepare a presentation. I was happy to do this and spent time doing this. The interview was cancelled and rescheduled the morning it was due to take place, and when it came around to the day of the interview, I was contacted and told someone else had come back into the mix and that my interview was subsequently cancelled. After several rounds of interviews (including an initial chat with the recruitment team) I feel like I have wasted my time with this process. I didn’t even get any feedback on my performance.

I had a screening interview with the HR team to discuss my experience, skills, background, and what I was looking for in a new role. The interview seemed positive, and my skills aligned well with the position. However, the final decision was dependent on further review by the wider team. Unfortunately, I wasn’t selected to proceed further as the process was highly competitive.
