30 minute call with Head of Data Science followed by an on site 2 and a half hour interview with a panel of 3. I had to give a presentation, followed by a mix of technical and competency based questions. I was told to expect to hear back the following week but heard nothing. I left it a couple of weeks more to give them time to come back to me, still nothing. Emailed the internal recruiter, heard nothing back. Emailed again approximately 4 weeks after the initial interview and received back a lot of excuses but still no actual feedback. Overall the experience was really poor. Candidates should be kept informed of what's going on or any decisions that the team are making. This kind of behaviour is just not acceptable. I'd advise others to steer clear – they clearly don't respect candidates' time and effort.
