The interview process and hiring process were a cinch - basically everyone at this company has great ideas and proactive strategies but lack the autonomy or authority to get them done. If you completely identify with the ideas your interviewer is expressing, they will be so thrilled you see the "light" that only they really saw before, you'll be hired to a team asap. If you can take their own predictions even one step further, they'll love it.
