Interview with the area manager. Overall, relaxed and friendly but straight to the point. They ask what you if you know anything about the company, if you shop at their stores, what’s your favourite product and so on. If you pass then you’ll be asked to a work trial and after that they decide to offer the job or not.

Group interview, about 8-10 of us with the area manager, lasted for an hour with very broad questions, nothing really personal, we then went on a tour around the store with the store manager and were able to ask any questions about daily store life.

Group Interview - then a medical - then an interview with Area Manager - then a 2 hour long walk along interview as the store opened - then an offer
Group interview had lots of questions about ALDI so read up on their website before you go - a good one to have in mind is what is your favourite ALDI product - if you can name something specific. There was a kind of 'group thinking test' where you decided what to bring on a life raft... then that was it really.
Medical was thorough.
Then interview with AM was standard retail interview fare... experience, safety, customer service etc.
