Not that great. Met with recruiter who seemed nice enough. But when interviewed by the hiring manager, virtually, she seemed to have never seen my resume. When interviewed by the CHRO he wasn’t much better. He hung up in the middle of the interview, then logged back on and didn’t seem too interested in interviewing me saying ‘ yeah we need someone practical not someone academic’ which I took to mean I wasn’t his cup of tea since I have multiple degrees and certifications. Ultimately I was thrilled to get a rejection email a couple days later because all of their glass door reviews were horrible, and the interview process didn’t make them look any better.
