There is a severe lack of communication between the HR and the hiring department. The interviewers wanted the transcripts. However, this was not reflected or brought up to the interviewee at all. In the end, the interviewer blamed the interviewee for not bringing their transcript along. Not to mention that the interviewer was condescending and rude throughout the interview
