4 stage interview. 1st video call with project HR, 2nd with business unit manager, 3rd with general manager, 4th and final technical interview with project group. First three interviews looks pretty same to me. I think one of them was enough.

Very good , taken by business manager and then by experienced business manager. Last is by HR and the technical specialist. It depends on the project and the field and the level of experience
