      Editor Interview

      Dec 2, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Washington, DC
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AOL (Washington, DC) in May 2012

      Interview

The review was very laid back - at a coffee shop - and the interviewer was wearing linen and flip flops, a sign of the culture of the company. I was asked about reporting I had done in the past, as well as how I might function with little-to-no supervision.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Discuss a time when you were up against a deadline that you might not make.
