I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AOL (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me about the position and a phone screen was set up. After the call they asked me my availability and set up an interview with the person who would be my manager. Was a very laid back and comfortable environment. Before all was said and done met with 3 more people before I was offered the position. The entire process took about 1 month.
