Just a background check really, and drug test. They seemed to need a janitor and I had previous working janitorial duties at another place before this one. I like janitoring at tech places because they are usually pretty new.

casual interview just checked out the place and what I would be cleaning. Everyone seemed welcoming and the work seemed reasonable. Uniforms were provided as well as cleaning products. Just interview here you will not regret the process.
