      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AOL (New York, NY) in Oct 2016

      Interview

Call with recruiter, then hiring manager, then in person interview with about 5 people, then calls with 2 other team members. Most of the interviews were conversational, informal and more about getting to know each other and setting expectations for the job. Although the process was long, the recruiters did a great job following up quickly and moving things along.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How much money do you think McDonalds makes in an hour? Other than this question, most of the interview process was more conversational.
