I applied online for an HR position and received a phone interview a few days later. The interview consisted of questions regarding past experiences and tasks that I had to handle. The interviewer then asked how I would handle a number of tasks related to reporting and account management. I answered all questions slowly and asked questions after answering each to see how I could improve on the next question (without making it obvious).
