Met with two people. One was the head of the division and the second was the person leaving (getting promoted). The offices were amazing. The people all seemed to really enjoy working for AOL and loved what they did. One question was what do you like to do during your free time? I answered and she responded "we really want people to have interest outside of work etc." which I thought was weird since I do have interests outside of work and conveyed them to her.
