I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ASDA (London, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied and was invited for an interview, was told I'd get a reply from someone soon. Never got a response after that. Tried getting back to them however yet again no response and so the circle went round and round.
The interview was face to face and the interviewer was friendly. I was asked questions about my experience in previous roles and how my experience would align with their needs.
Very good interview. Timely and had feedback and well structured. Would be happy to work here. The interview questions were well thought through and relevant: the interview panel were also nice. Thanks for your time.
- had a group briefing on the task
- went to the shop floor to practice stacking shelves
- stacked shelves for a bit then got the opportunity to ask questions as a group
