Invited for an assessment day called an asda magic day. Group assessment and we had to complete team building tasks e.g. we built a tower out of spaghetti and marshmallows.
Finally called for a one to one interview with the section leader of the department.
Friendly and relax atmosphere. There were multiple team building task,and then 20 mins interview individually and 10 mins as a group on shop floor. Easy questions such as availability, what I know about the company, and the reason why choosing to work there.
Good interview process, nice staff. Would recommend trying. Not too difficult. Friendly and comprehensive interview process. Just asking about previous work history etc, walking through my cv then a few example projects.
