There was an Online test, testing different scenarios and how you respond + in person interview with team tasks and individual interviews, During this time we were shown around the store, the various roles
Tasks included designing a new shopping bag, learning details about the person next to you and presenting to the room and other general HR tasks can be expected
Friendly and relax atmosphere. There were multiple team building task,and then 20 mins interview individually and 10 mins as a group on shop floor. Easy questions such as availability, what I know about the company, and the reason why choosing to work there.
Good interview process, nice staff. Would recommend trying. Not too difficult. Friendly and comprehensive interview process. Just asking about previous work history etc, walking through my cv then a few example projects.
