Interview
Laborious online application, including duplicating details from CV. Once on site, was led to a side room where two disinterested members of staff half-heartedly asked questions. They already seemed to have made up their mind.
Friendly and relax atmosphere. There were multiple team building task, and then 20 mins interview individually and 10 mins as a group on shop floor. Easy questions such as availability, what I know about the company, and the reason why choosing to work there.
Good interview process, nice staff. Would recommend trying. Not too difficult. Friendly and comprehensive interview process. Just asking about previous work history etc, walking through my cv then a few example projects.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
