ASDA Services Colleague interview questions

Online test followed by group interview, then short informal individual iterview. Interview process was very easy and friendly. Group interview involved hearing about company principles and a tour around the store.

Was invited to a group ASDA Magic event where we did some icebreaker activities as a group to test our communication skills while 2 managers were writing how we did. We then had to go out into the store in groups and inspect how the seasonal products were displayed, we then had to feedback to the managers and the other group what we found. After this, some people stayed for a 1-to-1 interview and others came back the next day. The interview was pretty informal with a few easy customer service questions.
