Lacked transparency, inconsistent and inaccurate communication from the two people leading the search. Extremely long process that is not feasible for people who have a job/responsibilities. Senior leaders were not prepared for the interviews at all. Inconsistent views of what it's like to work there from the senior people/hiring leads and management/supervisors who made the job sound completely different than the people working in those positions. The whole process felt like a waste of time. All about the organization and a lack of recognition of people doing the work.
