AT&T Customer Care Representative interview questions

Interview was very easy and I felt like I could really be myself. The interview person was very helpful and kind. There were a few things that I wasn't prepared for like explaining the history of the company.

At first i got phone screened some basic questions as why i want to work there and followed up by a short english conversation to test my english skills since i am from europe. After that i was invited to their office alongside like other 15 candidates first they gave us a technical and english test (mostly listening). Technical test was trivial and you need no knowledge whatsoever just read carefuly. If you scored high enough on the test they gave you a little tour and then managers interviewed you one by one. During interview they ran over your CV and also we did a bit of roleplay where they pretended to be a customer. Afterwards it took them couple days to offer me the job. However one thing i disliked is that there is a backscreening process where they check your registry etc and its pretty annoying because they give you no information whatsoever as to when to sign a contract and you are like am i still getting the job or what?
