      Application

I interviewed at AT&T (Richmond, VA) in Mar 2021

      Interview

I got my first interview a week in. My interviewer was a great guy. We had a lot in common, but he also asked tough questions. He moved me on to the next final interview round.. They did not schedule it till a month later. I had to contact 3 people to finally schedule it. I asked them questions via email to clarify the sales roleplay and they did not answer. Despite that, I believe the final process was smooth, but I did not get an offer despite waiting for a month and still performing. You are just a number here.

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas-Fort Worth)

      Interview

First round was with a recruiter a the final was with a manager in my area, although the final round got rescheduled four times. I would recommend going over the sales pipeline and consultative sales for these interviews.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T in Mar 2026

      Interview

I would not recommend this Development Program based on my interview experience. The process began with my recruiter showing up 15 minutes late to our screening interview. The interview itself felt very unprofessional, as there were other people gathered around her desk watching the interview, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. She asked over 25 behavioral questions back-to-back but was unable to answer many of my questions about the role or the company. Afterward, I was told I had advanced to the final interview. The first hiring manager I met with was very nice, but then I was unexpectedly told I needed to complete another interview, despite previously being told that was the final round. The second manager also arrived late, seemed completely uninterested in the conversation, and offered very little engagement throughout the interview. After the interview, I reached out with follow-up questions about my application and was completely ghosted. Overall, the hiring process felt disorganized and unprofessional.

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2025

      Interview

Straightforward process. It was three rounds. The first was an online assessment, second was a recruiter screening, and the third was an interview with a hiring manager where you had to essentially sell yourself via presentation.
