Interview
I have significant experience and was treated that way in the interview with a multi-unit manager. It began with an on line survey and went to an email I sent to thier recruiter who was on vacation and didn't answer for 2 weeks. I then heard from the Regional [8 stores] Manager who tried to impress me verbally with his knowledge of company goals and standards. A personal interview followed the next day. Hired and began work on the Monday of the next week.
Great questions and a wonderful interview process. The manager was a great interviewer and would like to start a new career here. Was on time which she loved. Aaron's has a great culturee.
Initial screening by recruiter.Team based with multiple roles as part of the interview process. Always made me feel comfortable. Clarity on the role and reason for the opening. Clear in next steps for each part of the interview process.

Basic interview. Nothing out of the normal. Standard questions about your past experience and how you handle upset customers. Also asked how you would handle employee issues and hiring decisions.
