AbbVie Director interview questions

Phone screen with HR, followed by video interview with hiring manager, then multiple video interviews with various colleagues/team members. That process went smoothly and everyone was friendly. However, after all the time spent on those interviews (hours), I was completely ghosted and never heard from HR or the hiring manager again. I received an auto-reject several months later. This behavior is unprofessional and disappointing from a company such as as Abbvie.

It is average. It is a long process. It took two rounds and several months. Some behavioral questions from HR. It was Vedio interview but Some interviewer did not turn on camera.
