Interview
Initial contact came from one of their recruiters. Had a brief conversation over the phone touching on the position and my background. The recruiter asked me to take an online assessment which I happily did and was told interviews would be conducted in a few weeks. I reached out to the recruiter on several occasions to follow up regarding next steps. Complete radio silence on his end. That’s fine if you don’t want to move forward with me as a candidate, but don’t ask me to take an assessment and ignore my follow up emails.
HR is rude and incompetent! The overall process left a lot to be desired...

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews including HR specialist, team lead, and team director. The conversation was very friendly and mostly about getting to know me and my work experience and how the experience ties in with the current job opening.
The overall process was very professional. The questions were very pertinent to the role that I was applying to. I had 3 rounds of interviews but I guess thats normal
