Interview
I got a call from a recruiter after I applied online for the position. An interview was set up and I met him at a mall location. We sat down and chatted for a minute. The interview was very scripted - he had a paper that he asked the questions off of and jotted down my responses. I thought it went well but then I never heard anything back. I emailed a follow-up thank you and that was the end of it. Would have been nice if I could have gotten a response back - even if I didn't get the job.

Interview
Passed the HireVue, went in person and had an interview with 2 store managers, and then finally had another one with the district manager & store manager. Each interview asked similar questions and was fairly easy. The district manager had trust issues and did not want to hire someone with a college degree because they might leave once offered something better.
