The interview process was very thorough. I had multiple rounds of interviews and felt as though the communication back and forth was great and consistent. Lyndsay was great to work with and kept me updated and was there to answer questions I may have had during the process.

Interview
The interview process with Absorb was excellent. The Talent Acquisition partner I worked with was very transparent on the process and the role when it came to salary range and recruitment process. I was already knee-deep in interviews with other companies but the person I worked with at Absorb did a great job in communicating next steps and managing my expectations. Additionally, the talent partner made a compelling case as to why I should join Absorb. There were multiple stages during the interview process where I had the chance to interact with different individuals. I found this extremely valuable.

Interview
1st Interview -. Informal Interview with Recruiter, - 'Get you know' you and gave information on the Company and the full Interview Process, answering questions I had - very friendly.
2nd Interview - Interview with two operational Managers, - again very friendly and put me at ease. Discussed my experience, along with some competency-based questions, and asked why I had chosen to apply to Absorb. I was also given the opportunity wanted to and they answered honestly. Covered off next steps...
3rd Interview - Carried out by two Directors of the areas I would be working in. Again, very friendly, delving into my experience and asking competency-based questions. I was given the opportunity to ask more questions and again felt that these were answered honestly. Advised when they would be making their decision.
The offer was made verbally to me by one of the Directors. After this time the communications, contracts, paperwork were all completed quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
