Acacia Network interview questions

I had three interviewers, two current care managers and the supervisor who joined later. They asked straight to the point questions, mainly about experience. They also thoroughly explained the job description.

They listened to what I had to say and responded thoughtfully. They offered a challenging work environment with support and opportunities to help me develop into a great manager as well as a great clinician. I got the sense that they were committed to my career development, not just looking to have me meet their current need, and that they wanted me to see myself as a long-term employee making progress and learning new skills as I went along.
