Since I was out of state in California and it wasn't financially possible for me to get out to Arizona for an interview in their time frame they were flexible and allowed a phone or Skype interview instead. I spoke with the assistant principal at the campus I was (eventually) hired at and it was very relaxed and we just got to know each other a little bit mixed in with some questions here and there.

The interview was very smooth and enjoyable with just the principle. She asked very in-depth questions to really pique my brain which I can appreciate. I was hired on the spot at the end of the interview. The process has been smooth so far. I was promptly sent the contract as well as info for relocating and obtaining IVP since I'm from out of state. I was provided a relocation stipend which is amazingly helpful and was given my requested salary no questions asked. No complaints whatsoever!
