Interview
I explained my project details, introduced myself, and covered some technical aspects. The discussion felt brief overall, and the interviewer appeared disengaged throughout the interaction, making the conversation less effective.
Online assessment, then online group interview, then in person individual . The group interview had a set list of questions for the interview portion, then cognitive assessments you have to talk through then the group activity.

El proceso empezó bien por WhatsApp, agendamos una hora, pero la reclutadora asignada me dejó colgado sin avisar. Una semana después me llamó de improviso sin cita previa y, al no poder atenderla en ese instante, me descartaron del proceso automáticamente. Falta total de profesionalidad y respeto al tiempo del candidato en el equipo de Talent Acquisition. Siguen teniendo la posición abierta.
