They will share an use case for Management Consultant role in CMT Practice. The candidate has to share a ppt within 3 days. Then he/she has to explain and elaborate the ppt in front of panel.

Explain the current role and why do you want to change ?
El proceso empezó bien por WhatsApp, agendamos una hora, pero la reclutadora asignada me dejó colgado sin avisar. Una semana después me llamó de improviso sin cita previa y, al no poder atenderla en ese instante, me descartaron del proceso automáticamente. Falta total de profesionalidad y respeto al tiempo del candidato en el equipo de Talent Acquisition. Siguen teniendo la posición abierta.
Interview was good and more about technical aspects of SAP FICO covering topics like group reporting and central finance .They also gave different case studies to answer and explain it technically

Persönliches Interview und dann technisches und als letzter Schritt offer Besprechung. Sehr angenehm und chronologisch. Alles in allem sehr gut. Klarer Prozess klare Regeln und alles ganz schnell. Eben große Beratungs Struktur.
