Interview
Initially recruited by staffing firm on LinkedIN group. After I submitted my application online, I received an email about 48 hours later letting me know that I matched the position and they wanted to schedule a phone interview/screen.
The phone screen was very dry and consisted of short answer questions. No dialog just answering questions about experience in years or yes|no regarding experience. At the end of the call, they said if I matched the hiring managers needs I would be scheduled.
One week later, I was emailed again and set up for a another phone interview. The interview questions were some skills based but mainly resume questions. After this interview, I got a phone call letting me know that I matched the applicant profile they were looking for. Shortly after (2-3 days), I received an email letting me know that I would be notified when they were hiring for the position.
Online assessment, then online group interview, then in person individual . The group interview had a set list of questions for the interview portion, then cognitive assessments you have to talk through then the group activity.

El proceso empezó bien por WhatsApp, agendamos una hora, pero la reclutadora asignada me dejó colgado sin avisar. Una semana después me llamó de improviso sin cita previa y, al no poder atenderla en ese instante, me descartaron del proceso automáticamente. Interview was good and more about technical aspects of SAP FICO covering topics like group reporting and central finance .They also gave different case studies to answer and explain it technically
