Initial Interview was quick. It was about introducing your self, educational background and experience.
Haven't done the second round interview, looking forward to it.
Overall, phone interview is easy and interviewer spoke clearly and not interrupting.

Just the communication and basics of networking, like they were heavily depending upon communication for this particular role which i had applied so be prepared with strong communication skills and a basic knowledge of networking concepts like dns, dhcp, active directory.

Structured interview with a role-play interview to get to know a real job scope. Interviews were friendly , and I was able to ask questions at the end of the interview if I had anything to clarify
I joined as a contractor. The interview was basic asked about SQL and network basic question. Mainly the interview was focused on communication skills and a versant test was conducted which was mandate to pass for proceeding with the interview.
