I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Sep 2008
Interview
Interviewed with Accenture as a fresh graduate. HR was very quick to process the interview and within a month I was in the London office (following an initial phone interview). The 1:1 interviw turned out to be a group interview spanning half the day. We started off in 3 groups of 4 and were given case studies. We then all came together into a larger room to discuss our findings, with Managers watching us and taking notes. After this we then had to present our findings and this was challenging as we were only given a short time to present key findings. We were provided a flip chart. The last part was a 1:1 interview where the standard questions were asked (why us, do you know what the typical day would be, etc.). All in all a friendly bunch - I loved the culture and the fact these were smart but laid back people. Needless to say I accepted the offer!

Interview was good and more about technical aspects of SAP FICO covering topics like group reporting and central finance .They also gave different case studies to answer and explain it technically
