Worst procedures ever!!
I got interviewed in Accenture 6 months back they had asked for 2 rounds which I had cleared that too was FTF , then they had asked for the document varification that was done successfully and we had discussed salary expectation and all then when it comes to give an offer letter they put my application on hold after making all the procedure done.
Then after 6 month when cooling phase get over they again asked me for the same role interview when i acknowledged for tha same then had taken whole month just to conduct the interview everyday the HR was asking for the availability for the interview and never sent the interview link and at last when I got the interview link and joined the call then interview has not came on the call it took more than half an hour they i called the HR to ask her that the interviewer did not join the call then she told me to end the call then again after that they have freezed my application.
I just want to know what the heck is happening..

Interview
Crazy interview process, took around 3 months and had overall 5 interviews with homework. The process is pain. The don't hire you unless they find a project for you and you are having basically 2 interviews for below market salary.
