Applied for the Consultant position with the Technology Growth Platform. Interview process went very fast as they had immediate needs to fill. First, and HR call which lasted about 10-15 mins and then two interviews were scheduled for later that week - one skills interview with a Manager, and another Behavioral Interview which consisted of situations I have come across and handled. Both were very easy or generic in nature. Then next day, I was informed that I passed (very quick) and scheduled for a final interview in the office, however, it was over Telepresence with an Exec in another office. Again, very moderate.

Online assessment, then online group interview, then in person individual . The group interview had a set list of questions for the interview portion, then cognitive assessments you have to talk through then the group activity.

El proceso empezó bien por WhatsApp, agendamos una hora, pero la reclutadora asignada me dejó colgado sin avisar. Una semana después me llamó de improviso sin cita previa y, al no poder atenderla en ese instante, me descartaron del proceso automáticamente.
