First of all interview started 2 hours late. From the invite it seemd like a one on one and as per call they told me it will take only 30mins but when i reached there it was a drive and i ended up staying the entire day. The consultant nor the company clarified till the end for which role are they interviewing me. Last round was with MD. So you can imagine how small the company is. The MD was so unprofessional and his attitude was something like u r zero and ur current employer is useless. Did not value my experience at all. Thats when i decided even if the company offers me a 100% hike, i would never join the company.
