Pros

Which i am not interested to tell pros.

Cons

Women employees are not treated with respect. Some women are insulted or spoken to rudely at work. Management does not take employee concerns seriously, and issues are often ignored. This creates an unhealthy and stressful work environment. Employees deserve to be treated with respect and fairness.

Pros

I did not find any significant positives during my tenure.

Cons

My experience at this company was deeply disappointing, particularly regarding the treatment of women employees and the way workplace concerns were handled. I did not feel that women were consistently treated with the respect and professionalism they deserved. One of the biggest concerns was the process for reporting workplace harassment. In my experience, the response to complaints did not inspire confidence that they would be handled fairly or impartially. Instead of feeling supported, I felt that factors such as an employee's relationship with management appeared to carry more weight than the concerns being raised. This left me feeling that the complaint process lacked transparency and independence. A workplace should encourage employees to speak up without fear of being ignored or discouraged. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Rather than feeling that concerns would be investigated objectively, I was left with the impression that raising issues could be ineffective if the person involved was considered valuable to management. I believe every organization should have a workplace harassment committee that employees can genuinely trust. Such committees should operate independently, maintain confidentiality, and ensure that every complaint is evaluated on its merits without favoritism or bias. I hope the company takes meaningful steps to improve its workplace culture, strengthen accountability, and build a complaint process that employees can trust. Every employee deserves to work in an environment where respect, fairness, and safety are treated as priorities rather than expectations that go unmet.
