The hiring process depends on the position being applied for. If it is a delivery role like me:
Step 1 - Technical Interview
Step 2 - Interpersonal skills Interview
Step 3 - Client Interview
Step 4 - HR Interview
Each of these questions had sensible questions asked throughout.
The open and frank nature of the interviewers actually impressed me.

Question 1
I was given a business solution to design. It was for designing an entire airline's booking management system.

Interview
The interview process was a bit cumbersome. It took sometime to get hold of client for interviews. There were three rounds of interviews:
Round 1 was taken by Accoin Labs manager. Simple technical questions
Round 2 was taken by technical panel of client. Was given a written test. Test was easy
Round 3 was behavioural testing by the client
Interview questions were easy.

Good Had 4 rounds of telephonic and one client in person round.
All technical complete On Automation testing, Process, Roles and Responsibilities.
Client will get into Technical.

Interview
The entire process was telephonic. I was contacted by a recruiter and had 4 rounds of interview spread over a period of 2 weeks. The first round was supposedly a technical round but there was hardly anything technical about it. I would have appreciated a more in-depth discussion.The next round was more managerial in nature and the questions touched upon previous project experiences. Again nothing challenging. Third round was from a client who seemed totally uninterested in having the discussion. The questions were vague and one could not guess what skills other than one's English could be tested by them. This was followed by a final round by a senior executive from Accion and was a repeat of the second round.This was followed by a job offer. Overall, I did not feel challenged in the whole process.
