It was pathetic Experience with Accions labs. They took my two technical round first HR told me only 2 rounds will be there but then she inform we don't have a budget so will forward for another account and she arrange one more technical round which was pathetic the interviewer was so so rude and took my interview for 1 hour and 30 minutes and ask so many irrelevant questions where first two technical round was good and smooth after my third round HR didn't even bother to call and tell me the result. It was waste of time. If they don't have budget why they took interviews.

Interview
The recruitment process includes four key stages: screening candidates, conducting a technical assessment, holding a client interview, and concluding with a discussion with the HR team for the final evaluation.
- First was normal technical call related to your core technologies like Javascript and ReactJS. - Later in managerial round they are there only to insult you throughout the interview they only insult you and judge you based on your position. Totally bad and negative experience. At-least this should not happen with any Experienced candidate.
