I got a call from Anuja for the Functional Testing Engineer and after the first round she said that position is in hold and again she called and informed there is a opening for the Automation Position and 1st round is completed with few basic selenium questions (written). For the client round to get scheduled I had to wait for 4 days. The Client round was scheduled in the evening with Fadel where there were 2 panelists and both were asking Basic of Java Selenium and Agile Methodlogy only and few API related question. After this I pinged the recruiter and there was no response from her and then staright away called her and then she is saying the candidate is lagging in Java and API. But the Panelists didnt even ask any major/complex questions and everything was went well. Verdict: Never ever attend any Interviews from AccionLabs and first go through the reviews in Google and Glassdoor first.
