Phone screen with hiring manager and then brought on site for multiple interviews.
During the on site the recruiter gave me a quick tour around the demo room. Showed off the product and went over the benefits and answered any questions about the company.
Each of the interviews were one on one in a conference room. Each one on one was about 30-45 minutes. Had a short break in between. Everyone asked technical questions.

Interview
I never really thought of putting a review but I found there was a recent review for the same office I applied to and figured I could lend a nod to that.
The interview consisted of talking to three or four people; mostly on the technical side, can't really remember at this time. Accuray wants to set up shop in Mexico and they wanted to start with a very select team of the best and the brightest according to them.
Half way through the process, I could tell what they really wanted: a team of cheap code monkeys e.g., programmers. I know because I have done it before, you can't start a business here without the right people which I tried to hint at during the process to no avail. I.e., they want a team of superstars however unbeknownst to them, if you don't choose carefully, you might end up with highly incompatible characters
With that in mind, I knew I required a huge guarantee for even considering starting a career with a company that, for all intents and purposes, can't see succeeding in Mexico for long because what I mentioned above. And thus, I was out.
