Great one on one discussion and meeting to look at what works and what fits. He looked at history and skill set and what I brought to the table as far as team application. Very open and friendly and relaxed situation. I felt completely comfortable being myself and talking about my self. So much that I was able to interview them to some degree to make sure that it would be a fit for both parties.
