Interview
1st interview with a 3rd party head hunter
2nd with HR from Acronis (location Bulgaria ) - basically a young female robot that arrived 10 min late and had the least human interaction. To sum up, a person like a robot
3rd with HR specialist - a more human person, nice conversation. Next step to have 4th interview with Hiring Manager.
Offered 3 weeks in a row dates for the 4th interview and they could not shedule.
After 3 weeks I received an automatic email saying that they will not continue with my candidacy.
Sent 2 email asking why... Had no answer.
Is ok to say no but at this phase and from a company like yours you expect a bit of professionalism not an automated email.
