The company does not value employees who have gotten them to where they are. They pay outside people with less experience significantly more than what they pay top producers and employees who have been with the company longer. When confronted about it they will lie, avoid or make excuses. They undervalue their employees and overvalue the senior leadership who is only concerned about what AI initiative is next, even though none of the current ones are working. Leadership has zero to no clue what they’re doing. I feel like they made a complete chaos of everything so they can constantly simulate working trying to fix it. That’s why when someone comes along with solutions they are afraid because fixing the chaos, would make people see that half of the team is absolutely not needed. What’s worse is the super toxic very Russian environment, sneaky people who brought their sneaky ways of surviving through manipulation. Last minute chaotic decisions with literally no clear guidance, reasons or pointers at all leading to complete burn out of employees and total discouragement for working.
