Interview
Worst interview experience. Started in July. Disorganised and no interest from interviewers. Spoke to more than 5 managers and VP’s, some of which were ok. One manager got in the call late because he forgot about our call and was busy with others. Loud children in the background. Chased for more a month for outcome but the HR person is now no longer with the company. Follow ups with others went unanswered. Very disappointing after committing so much time to the process, to not even get feedback and closure.

The interview was with outsourcing company CGS. Beginner recruiters, unprofessional and poor english. The main concern was the salary and benefits. They brought me to their office 13 times for some questions can be asked by Email or phone.
