I had an interview which had games and math tasks. You had time to think but now always enough. It was fine if you do not know the answer. The interviewers were hepling in the process.
The process was seamless , the interviewer was kind and patient I would recommend this organization for anyone interested to learn more on the subject of interest. Generally speaking the organization is a great place to start

Short 30min interview in the office, mainly asking about AI/ML projects . Was given a take home assignment which took me 7-8hours , got ghosted after submission. Assignment was an NLP project
