Even when applying for an internship with the company, I had about 5-6 interviews with different department heads - over phone, via Skype and in person. And it was worth it! Thanks to such a thorough selection process, I trust all my colleagues to be just as dedicated and driven as I am. So, as for me it was very thorough - they pay very close attention to PR team members: selecting them not just by professional qualities, but also for core values compatibility. Hard-workers with great ethics, motivated to reach the best possible results are most welcome:)
